This page describes what personal data we process, for what purpose, on what legal basis, and what rights you have in this regard, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data.
What personal data we process and for what purpose
- Job applicants: name, surname, email address and the information provided in the CV/cover letter submitted via the form on the Career page. Purpose: recruitment for current or future job positions.
- Business partners and prospective customers: name, job title, company name, email address, phone number, if you contact us by phone, email or in person. Purpose: preparing quotations, communication, contract performance.
- Customers and suppliers: billing and contact details. Purpose: performance of contractual, accounting and tax obligations.
- Website visitors: data on the use of the website (e.g. pages visited, device type, approximate location) collected via Google Analytics. Purpose: measuring visits and improving the website’s content.
Legal basis for processing
- Performance of a contract or steps prior to its conclusion (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) – in particular when submitting a CV.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) – keeping accounting and tax records.
- Legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) – measuring website traffic.
Data retention period

Who we share personal data with
Your personal data may be provided to the following categories of recipients, who process data for us under a data processing agreement: our web hosting and technical website administration provider, our analytics tool provider (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC – Google Analytics), and an external accounting firm. We do not provide personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
Transfer to third countries
In connection with the use of Google Analytics, some data may be transferred to the USA. This transfer is safeguarded by appropriate measures under Art. 46 GDPR (in particular standard contractual clauses, or the provider’s participation in the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework).
Your rights
- right to access your personal data,
- right to rectification of inaccurate data,
- right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”),
- right to restriction of processing,
- right to data portability,
- right to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal.
