Warranty claims and repairs for CRANE Panametrics devices are handled directly by our team. According to the valid distribution contract with CRANE, INTECH CONTROL provides warranty and post-warranty service for the following product groups, including our flow measurement and moisture measurement portfolio:
- Panametrics ultrasonic flowmeters
- Vortex flowmeters Panametrics (formerly known as Vortek)
- Rheonik Coriolis flowmeters
- Moisture analyzers, moisture transducers, moisture probes, moisture cables, and other Panametrics equipment
- Panametrics moisture analyzers, moisture transmitters, moisture probes, moisture cables, and other equipment (formerly known as General Eastern and DewPro moisture transmitters also sold under the Endress+Hauser brand)
In addition to warranty claims and repairs for Panametrics equipment, the company INTECH CONTROL also provides warranty and post-warranty service for the following product groups of the manufacturer Vympel on the territory of the Slovak Republic:
- Hygrometers working on the principle of a cooled mirror (CP4, CP10, CP2m and their accessories)
- Portable hygrometers working on the principle of a cooled mirror (Hygrovision BL, Hygrovision-BL mini)
- Sample collection and processing systems
All warranty claims and repairs are processed promptly by our qualified service technicians, whether the fault occurs during the warranty period or after it has expired. We coordinate directly with the manufacturer to ensure that any diagnosed defect is resolved efficiently, using original spare parts and manufacturer-approved procedures. Where a device needs to be returned to the manufacturer’s factory for repair, we handle the full logistics, documentation, and communication with the customer so that the process is as smooth as possible.
