Name: Service measurements of liquid flow within the warranty tests of a reconstructed production unit

Description: Supply of services of adjacent ultrasonic flow measurement of various liquids within the production unit in the refinery for the petrochemical industry. Measurements were made on 14 different applications (including high-temperature fluids) over several days. All measurements were carried out in an environment with a risk of explosion (Ex Zone 2), which required the fixed installation of approx. 2000 m of ultrasonic cables and approx. 100 pieces of various devices and accessories in difficult industrial conditions. The petrochemical industry places especially high demands on measurement accuracy and reliability, since even a small deviation can affect both the safety and the efficiency of the entire operation. Thanks to clamp-on mounting of the sensors, which requires no intervention into the pipeline, we can carry out measurements even at facilities where conventional solutions would require a shutdown of the technology, significantly reducing both costs and risks associated with implementing new measuring points in an already operating plant.

Description: Extensive supply of devices for measuring flare and emission gases for the customer’s field burners in the petrochemical industry. The monitoring of gases burned on field burners has several specifics (very large range of possible flow, large pressure range, unknown composition of the measured gas…), while the solutions of the manufacturer GE in our representation represent the top on a global scale. Thanks to our long-term experience with deliveries for the petrochemical industry, we can design a solution precisely tailored to the specific operating conditions of each customer.
